Getting started with hosted SupaNet

SupaNet comes in two flavors. This page is for the hosted version — you sign up, pay, and we handle the infrastructure. If you want to run it yourself, see Deploy.

Sign up for a hosted workspace

Visit supanet.io and click "Start your workspace" to begin.

1. Enter your details: work email, password, and your workspace name (e.g., "Acme Co").
2. Confirm payment: you'll go straight to Stripe Checkout. SupaNet is $49 per month, flat rate — no per-seat fees, no hidden costs. Cancel anytime.
3. Provisioning: after payment confirms, we automatically set up your workspace. A progress page shows you what's happening (database creation, security setup, AI services starting). This usually takes about a minute.
4. Ready to go: once it's done, you'll get an email with a link to your workspace (e.g., https://acme.supanet.io). Sign in with the email and password you created.

What's included

Your $49/month workspace includes:

• A dedicated Supabase database — your data lives on infrastructure you can trust.
• Unlimited team members — no per-seat pricing, no seat limits.
• Your own AI allowance — about $10/month worth of OpenRouter credits, included.
• All SupaNet features — chat, artifacts, automations, webhooks, Slack integration, everything.
• Ability to pause or cancel anytime — your workspace pauses at the end of your billing period, and you have 30 days to export your data if you want to leave.

After you sign in

Your first sign-in makes you an admin. You land in the home dashboard, which gives you a quick tour of what's possible. From there:

• Chat with your team's AI assistant about your business.
• Upload files and PDFs and ask questions about them.
• Create automations (scheduled tasks, webhooks, Slack bots) without writing code.
• Invite team members in Settings → Invite people.
• Connect external tools (Slack, custom APIs, external MCP servers) if you need them.

Everything syncs in real time, so your whole team sees updates instantly.

Managing your subscription

• Billing & invoices: visit the Stripe customer portal (linked in your email or in workspace Settings).
• Pause or cancel: one click in the Stripe portal. Your workspace pauses at the period end, and you can pick it up again by restarting your subscription.
• Add team members: Settings → Invite people. You can invite by email or share an invite link.
• AI usage over your allowance: we meter it and bill it automatically on your next invoice, with margin built in.

Export or eject

If you ever want to move on, you have two paths:

1. Export your data: at any time, download all your artifacts, files, and data.
2. Eject to self-hosted: we can transfer your Supabase project to your own account and hand you the open-source repo. Your workspace keeps working, and you're now running your own copy — no vendor lock-in.

Troubleshooting

Your workspace isn't showing up after provisioning finishes?

If the "Your workspace is ready" email is delayed or the link doesn't work, try:

1. Refreshing your browser.
2. Checking that you're signed in to the right email.
3. Visiting your workspace URL directly: https://yourworkspacename.supanet.io.
